Lending Lettuce is a newsletter attempting to bring relevant information about the mortgage and real estate markets to the public. This site is seeks to represent my thoughts and musings about the mortgage industry industry, along with many things NOT related to business. You will get some insight into real estate finance but you will also get humor and some major digressions.
BRADY THOMAS is a Brown University graduate and has been in the real estate business for more than 10 years. He worked for 2 years as a property manager at Jay-Phares Corporation, then spent 3 years as a industrial real estate broker at Colliers International in Oakland before moving into lending. In the middle of all this, he spent a year living in Barbados and two years teaching English in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Aside from his background in real estate, Brady is an expert in social media and ‘new marketing’. He loves to travel, read military histories (weird, right?), play basketball and watch sports (especially the Oakland Athletics and San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors and Barcelona futbol club). He has visited more than 25 countries and speaks Spanish. Additionally, Brady organizes a monthly volunteer group, My Own Two Hands, that partners with existing non-profits to serve the community.
